Meet Catia: Fully Qualified Wow Drive Instructor & Customer Service Expert

Learning to drive is a huge milestone, but for many people, the thought of sitting behind the wheel for the first time brings more nerves than excitement. At Wow Drive, we know that the secret to transforming a nervous learner into a confident, lifelong safe driver isn’t just about knowing the mechanics of a car—it is about having the right guide by your side. That is why we are incredibly proud to introduce Catia, a core member of the Wow Drive team who brings an unmatched level of care, patience, and professional dedication to every single driving lesson.

Catia is a fully qualified, DVSA-approved driving instructor with an exceptional pass rate that sits well above the UK national average. But what truly makes her stand out on the local roads isn’t just her technical capability; it is her incredible 20-year background in premium customer care. Before transitioning to the driving seat, Catia spent two decades running a successful career in the fast-paced hair and styling industry. That experience taught her an invaluable art form: how to listen, how to read a person’s comfort levels, and how to create a relaxing environment where people can thrive.

The Perfect Blend of Elite Customer Care and Driving Expertise

While some instructors rely solely on technical manuals, Catia draws on an extensive history of human connection. Spending 20 years managing clients in the hair industry means she is an undisputed expert in communication. She understands that every learner is completely unique. Some people learn by doing, some need visual breakdowns, and others need a moment to process a mistake without feeling judged.

Catia’s transition from the salon chair to a modern, dual-controlled Wow Drive vehicle was driven by a genuine passion for helping people achieve independence. She has taken the elite level of customer service expected in high-end styling and applied it to the passenger seat. When you book a driving lesson with Catia, you aren’t just getting someone who tells you when to change gears; you are getting a dedicated mentor who is entirely focused on your comfort, your safety, and your individual learning style.

Why a Customer Service Background Changes Everything Behind the Wheel:

• True Active Listening: Catia doesn’t use a rigid, one-size-fits-all lesson plan. She communicates with you to understand what parts of driving make you nervous and tailors the route to your exact goals.

• An Environment of Absolute Patience: Making a mistake on a busy roundabout or stalling at a junction can be stressful. Catia’s calm demeanor ensures that errors become constructive teaching moments rather than points of frustration.

• Unwavering Support: She understands that building confidence is a mental game. Her supportive coaching style helps eliminate driving anxiety from your very first session.

Exceptional Pass Rates Well Above the National Average

At Wow Drive, we take great pride in maintaining premium road credentials, and Catia’s track record speaks volumes for her methods. Her pupils don’t just pass their driving tests; they pass with flying colors and a deep, ingrained understanding of safe driving practices.

Her personal pass rate consistently tracks significantly higher than the UK national average. This outstanding success isn’t down to luck—it is the direct result of her methodical preparation. Catia knows the local test routes inside and out, ensuring her students are deeply familiar with the specific quirks, speed changes, and traffic patterns of the local test centers. From navigating complex multi-lane roundabouts to masterfully executing a reverse parallel park under pressure, Catia makes sure that by the time test day arrives, it feels like just another routine drive.

Tailor-Made Lessons for Lifelong Confidence

Following the core philosophy that makes Wow Drive a trusted name across South East London and North Kent, Catia approaches driving as a lifelong skill, not just a test-passing exercise. She works diligently with government-issued progress sheets to closely monitor your development, allowing both of you to track milestones clearly and celebrate successes along the way.

Whether you are a complete beginner sitting in the driver’s seat for the absolute first time, or a full license holder looking for refresher lessons to rebuild your confidence after a long break, Catia adapts her vehicle to your pace. Operating a modern, regularly maintained fleet vehicle featuring dual controls, she ensures you are always completely safe while exploring the open road.
