Either one is perfectly well equipped to teach in all environments that may be encountered in SE3
Blackheath and the surrounding areas are under going a transformation on the roads. The 20s are mostly now in, but the reformatting towards more cycling spaces on the road is having a tremendous effect on the local traffic. When you hit the roads you are right in the middle of the action. This means a different style of teaching compared to more open areas.
The closest test centre is Bromley. Our instructors will also cover tests for Sidcup and may cover Erith and Belvedere test centres also
